Privacy policy

What the form collects, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how to opt out of calls.

This policy covers capecodsepticexperts.com, operated by Marketing Doctor LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Effective September 23, 2026.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, town, and the message describing your septic situation. Our hosting and form providers also record what any web server sees: your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We do not ask for financial or health information, and we ask you not to put such details in the message.

How we use it

We pass the request to one septic company that works in the town you named, so it can call you, arrange a site visit and prepare a written estimate. We may email you to confirm the request, to follow up if the contractor could not reach you, or to answer a question. We do not build marketing profiles or send newsletters.

Who receives it

Three kinds of recipients see your request. The one septic company arranging your quote, which receives your name, contact details, town and message and is responsible for their handling of it. The service providers that run the site: Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the pages and processes the technical details above, FormSubmit, which delivers the form to us by email, Google Analytics, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which counts visits and shows which pages people read, and CallRail, which records calls and tells us which page produced each one. And, if the law requires it, a court or agency that issues a valid order. We do not sell your information or share it with data brokers, lead lists or advertisers.

By sending the form you agree that Cape Cod Septic Experts and the contractor you hire may contact you at the number and email you provide, by phone call or email, about your request. That consent is not a condition of buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling the caller or emailing info@capecodsepticexperts.com. When you withdraw consent we stop contacting you and tell the contractor to do the same.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as long as needed to complete the referral and answer follow-ups, then for our records for up to three years, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your request sooner, we do, and we ask the contractor to delete their copy as well.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@capecodsepticexperts.com from the address you used on the form. We respond within 30 days. Residents of states whose privacy laws grant additional rights can exercise them the same way.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not identify you by name. The site also uses CallRail, which swaps the phone number shown on the page so we can tell which page produced a call, and which records calls. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for material changes, note it on the about page. Questions go to info@capecodsepticexperts.com. The terms of use describe the rest of the relationship.
